Standard Rental Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Prime Time Rentals:
Prime-time hours are the most requested and in-demand rental times and are priced at a premium. These hours vary throughout the year based on the season and sunset time.
Please message me for the prime-time hours and pricing that apply to your requested rental date.
Field Access Add-On — $100
Add access to our private field during your scheduled rental time for an additional shooting location.
Field access does not extend your rental time and must be reserved in advance.

CLIENT EXCLUSIVITY & STUDIO SET ACCESS POLICY
Effective Immediately and Enforced at All Times
- Exclusivity of HWP Studio Sets:
Any current or former client of HWhaley Photography is strictly prohibited from booking, accessing, or participating in any HWP Studio set through another photographer.- Clients are welcome and encouraged to work with other photographers for their own creative sets; however, HWP Studio sets remain exclusive to HWhaley Photography clients only when booked directly through HWhaley Photography.
- Photographer Responsibility:
It is the renting photographer’s sole responsibility to review and verify their client list prior to booking any HWP Studio rental.- Photographing any individual who has previously booked, contracted with, or received services from HWhaley Photography is not permitted under any circumstance.
- If it is discovered that a scheduled client has an existing or prior relationship with HWhaley Photography, the renting photographer must immediately reschedule that client for their own personal set or an alternate location.
- Violation of Policy:
Any disregard, violation, or attempted circumvention of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of the photographer’s rental privileges with HWhaley Photography and HWP Studios. No refunds will be issued for any forfeited rentals. - Purpose of Policy:
This policy exists to protect the integrity, exclusivity, and brand identity of HWhaley Photography and the proprietary creative studio sets owned by HWP Studios.
